Urszula Ciupa entered the yachting industry in 2022, combining her passion for technology with her commitment to optimizing yacht operations. With a background in Business Management and Mechanical Engineering from Lublin University of Technology in Poland, Urszula focuses on using technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the yachting sector.

Her professional journey includes roles as a Data Analyst, Assistant Manager, Teaching Assistant, and various administrative and customer service positions in Poland. Fluent in both Polish and English, and with intermediate skills in French, Urszula has a strong international presence.

When she's not working, Urszula enjoys outdoor activities such as running by the sea and hiking up mountains. Her love for the yachting world began in France in 2015, and she officially entered the industry while working at a chandlery shop.
