About Massima Piras
Massima entered the yachting industry in 2001 and has not looked back since. In fact, she stands by the famous quotation from H. Jackson Brown, Jr. - “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.”
Having graduated from the University of Cagliari in Sardinia, she initially started working on motor yachts. Later by chance, she discovered the world of sailing where she chose to stay before transitioning onshore in 2008 to become a charter manager, based out of Monaco. She spent the next 11 years working in this role and developing her expertise in managing charter yachts. Massima speaks native Italian and fluent French and English.
In January 2020, she joined the Camper & Nicholsons team as charter manager.
