Massima is a charter manager at Camper & Nicholsons, bringing over two decades of experience and an unwavering passion for the yachting industry. Her dedication to excellence ensures every charter is managed with precision and care.
Background
After graduating from the University of Cagliari in Sardinia, Massima began her career working aboard motor yachts before discovering her love for sailing. In 2008, she transitioned onshore to become a charter manager in Monaco, where she spent 11 years honing her expertise in managing charter yachts. She speaks Italian natively and is fluent in French and English.
Experience
Massima entered the yachting industry in 2001 and has never looked back. In January 2020, she joined Camper & Nicholsons as a charter manager, leveraging her extensive experience to deliver exceptional service to yacht owners and charter clients. Her philosophy is inspired by the words of H. Jackson Brown, Jr.: “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.”
