Bio
Benjamin Bensahel is the Chief Executive Officer of Camper & Nicholsons, having been appointed in October 2026. Since joining the company in 2020, Benjamin has held several senior leadership positions, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer for Europe & the Middle East, with responsibility for driving commercial performance, developing international markets and overseeing key business divisions. With extensive experience across yacht sales, charter and management, Benjamin brings a strong understanding of the global yachting industry, its clients and its evolving commercial landscape. As CEO, his focus is on strengthening Camper & Nicholsons' international presence, fostering collaboration across its global network and developing its integrated service offering, while preserving the exceptional client relationships and heritage for which the company is renowned.
Background
Introduced to sailing at a young age, Benjamin developed an early passion for the sea and the world of yachting. He studied at the International University of Monaco and Suffolk University in Boston before beginning his professional career in the yachting industry in the South of France. Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his family, waterskiing, golf, tennis and travelling.
Experience
Benjamin joined Camper & Nicholsons in 2020 as Sales Manager in Monaco, before being promoted to Head of Sales Europe in 2023 and subsequently taking responsibility for sales across Europe, the United States and the Middle East. In early 2025, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer for Europe & the Middle East, taking on broader commercial and strategic responsibilities across the business. His progression through the company has provided him with an in-depth understanding of its operations, international network and client relationships. Appointed CEO in October 2026, Benjamin now leads Camper & Nicholsons through its next phase of development as part of Sea Expandary Group, with a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence and delivering a comprehensive range of services to yacht owners and clients worldwide.
