Flora is the Group Human Resources Director with a strong background in managing complex HR projects and fostering people development. Fluent in French and English, she brings best practices and a strategic approach to her role at Camper & Nicholsons. Passionate about discovering the world of yachting, Flora combines adaptability with a commitment to excellence in HR management.
Background
Flora holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and HR Management from Université Nice-Sophia-Antipolis. Her academic foundation and international outlook have shaped her ability to manage diverse HR challenges in dynamic environments.
Experience
Before joining Camper & Nicholsons in April 2021, Flora spent 16 years in the automotive industry and two years in the oil and gas sector. During this time, she gained extensive HR generalist experience, with a particular focus on processes and tools for people development. Today, she applies this expertise to the yachting industry, ensuring effective HR strategies and supporting organizational growth.
