About Flora Dalmasso

Flora joined Camper & Nicholsons as human resources manager in April 2021.

With a master’s degree in business economics and HR management from the Université Nice-Sophia-Antipolis, Flora is an experienced HR manager with a demonstrated track record of managing challenging HR topics and projects in mid-to-large-sized international companies.

During 16 years in the automotive industry, and a further two years in the oil and gas sector, she gained extensive HR generalist experiences, with a particular focus on processes and tools for people development.

Flora speaks French and English and is excited with the opportunity to discover the world of yachting, whilst bringing her HR best practices to Camper & Nicholsons.
