Jérôme Hirtenlehner is Data Administrator for the Sales Academy at Camper & Nicholsons, where he combines analytical expertise with a lifelong passion for the maritime world. Fluent in English, French, German, and Italian, Jérôme thrives in multicultural environments and brings strong interpersonal skills to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, padel tennis, fishing, free diving, sailing, skiing, and discovering new water sports, alongside planning sailing adventures and road trips across Europe.
Background
Jérôme’s connection to yachting began in childhood, sailing Optimist boats from the age of six and later progressing to catamarans such as Hobie Cats. Growing up between Austria and Corsica, he developed a deep appreciation for yachts and maritime culture. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and SMEs, and a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

Jérôme’s career spans hospitality, technology startups, and the yachting industry, where he gained experience in yacht operations, sales, client services, and business development. Today, as Data Administrator, he leverages his analytical skills to harness data for driving sales strategies, enhancing performance, and supporting the growth of Camper & Nicholsons’ commercial operations. His entrepreneurial mindset and strategic approach make him a key contributor to the company’s success.
