Paul is the Senior Technical Superintendent. With decades of experience at sea and ashore, he brings unmatched technical expertise and a lifelong passion for maritime engineering to the team.
Background
Paul began his career at just 16, joining the British Merchant Navy and completing his cadetship with The Bank Line Limited (now Andrew Weir Ship Management). After earning his Chief Engineer qualifications, he transitioned ashore as an engineering surveyor with British Engine Insurance, before returning to sea with Princess Cruises on The Love Boat, where he discovered the world of yachting.
Experience
In 1996, Paul moved to the South of France and worked as Chief Engineer on several yachts before joining Camper & Nicholsons in Antibes as Technical Manager for the Mediterranean fleet. Since 2001, he has led the company’s technical department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and operational excellence across the fleet.
