Sara is a Human Resources Crew Coordinator with a strong foundation in shipping and a passion for languages and cultural exploration. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, she brings adaptability and a collaborative spirit to her new role in the yachting industry. Outside of work, Sara enjoys skiing, trekking, yoga, and immersing herself in art and culture.
Background
Sara has studied Italian, English, and French since childhood, continuing her linguistic education at the University of Milan. Her love for languages and global perspectives complements her professional experience in international maritime operations.
Experience
With 13 years in the shipping industry, Sara began her career in 2011 as an Administrative and Legal Documentation Assistant at a Merchant Shipping Company. She later advanced to HR Crew Coordinator at a Cruise Shipping Company, where she spent five years managing crew operations, and most recently worked as a Crewing Officer. Today, Sara brings her extensive maritime experience and team-oriented mindset to the yachting sector, ready to embrace new challenges.
