Our base charter rate includes the yacht, crew and insurance. Additional costs such as fuel, food and beverages, docking fees, and special requests, are covered through an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), ensuring a seamless and customizable experience.

The APA (typically 30 - 40% of the charter fee) is a fund used to cover operational expenses during your charter. The captain manages the account transparently, and any unused amount is returned at the end of the charter.

For peak seasons (summer in the Mediterranean and winter in the Caribbean), we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure your preferred yacht and itinerary.

Absolutely. Every charter is bespoke. Your preferences guide the itinerary, activities, dining experiences and on-shore experiences.

Once you select your yacht, we place a temporary hold while preparing the charter agreement. A 50% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance and APA due one month before embarkation.

Crew are attentive and family-friendly, but they are not professional childcare providers. Dedicated nannies can be arranged if desired.
