Her comprehensive understanding of the charter process, combined with a highly personalised approach to client service, enables her to create tailored experiences that reflect each client's individual preferences.

Based in Monaco, Giuliana works with an international clientele, drawing on her multicultural background, discretion, and attention to detail. With a lifelong passion for the sea and a genuine curiosity about the world, she is dedicated to ensuring every charter is seamless, thoughtfully planned, and memorable.

Background

Giuliana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, having completed her university studies between Monaco and Boston. Before entering the yachting industry, she gained several years of experience in private banking and family offices in Monaco. This financial background has shaped her meticulous, client-focused approach and complements her expertise in luxury yachting.

Having lived in the UK, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, and Monaco, Giuliana has developed a natural appreciation for different cultures and destinations. She speaks English as her mother tongue and is fluent in Italian and French, allowing her to communicate comfortably with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Experience

Before joining Camper & Nicholsons, Giuliana spent over ten years with a recognised boutique yachting company, building extensive experience in charter management and brokerage. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with yacht owners, charter clients, captains, and crew, developing an in-depth understanding of the different perspectives and priorities that shape a successful charter.

Her experience across the charter process enables her to anticipate client needs, coordinate the many details involved in planning a yacht charter, and deliver a service defined by discretion, care, and attention to detail. At Camper & Nicholsons, she brings this knowledge to every client relationship, with a focus on creating bespoke charter experiences and ensuring each journey is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of work, Giuliana enjoys travel, wellness, gastronomy, interior design, nature, and photography.
