Holly is a passionate sailor and experienced editor with a deep connection to the sea. Her love for sailing has shaped both her personal life and professional career, and she continues to race in prestigious regattas such as Cowes Week, Round the Island Race, and Antigua Sailing Week.
Background
Growing up on the south coast of England, Holly was immersed in sailing from an early age. She studied journalism at university, where she joined the sailing team and raced Fireflies, and spent her summers teaching sailing in Greece and the US.
Experience
Holly began her editorial career at Boat International, where she spent six years shaping the brand’s online presence, overseeing global superyacht coverage online. In 2023, she moved to Fort Lauderdale to relaunch Dockwalk, a magazine dedicated to superyacht captains and crew. Under her leadership, the publication adopted a fresh editorial direction, amplifying crew voices and industry insights.
