Marion Fantin is a Fleet Manager at Camper & Nicholsons, bringing exceptional expertise from over 15 years at sea and extensive experience in yacht management. Her leadership and technical knowledge ensure the highest standards of safety and operational excellence across the fleet.
Background
Marion spent 15 years at the helm of ocean-going vessels, completing seven Atlantic crossings and earning the distinction of sailing around Cape Horn. In 2006, she transitioned to shore-based roles with Monaco Marine and Star Clippers, while completing a Master’s in Business Administration and Management at the University of the Côte d’Azur. Fluent in English and French, Marion is also a fully accredited ISM internal auditor and certified PFSO/CSO.
Experience
Marion’s career combines hands-on maritime experience with strong management skills. She has participated in the first female expedition to Antarctica, is an accomplished marathon runner, and enjoys sailing, skiing, and the arts. Her operational expertise and passion for adventure make her an invaluable member of the Camper & Nicholsons yacht management team.
