Bio
Florencia is a Creative Designer with nearly twenty years of experience in visual communication. Pragmatic and detail-oriented, she brings strong creative judgement, refined aesthetic sensibility, and a solution-focused approach to every project. With a lifelong passion for the sea, she has a natural affinity for the yachting world and a deep appreciation of its unique culture and lifestyle. Outside of work, she enjoys art, photography, padel, travel, skiing, hiking, and, above all, spending quality time with her daughters.
Background
Originally from Argentina, Florencia graduated in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires in 2006. Following several years of experience in design agencies in Buenos Aires, she moved to Italy, where she worked as an independent consultant before relocating to Monaco and establishing her own design practice. Since then, she has collaborated with clients across multiple industries and international markets, strengthening her expertise in creative communication, project delivery, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Experience
Florencia's experience spans branding, editorial design, print, digital, web, advertising, and marketing communications, leading projects from concept development and creative direction through to production and delivery. Since 2010, she has collaborated extensively with companies across the yachting industry, gaining valuable insight into the sector's unique commercial landscape, audience expectations, and communication requirements. In February 2026, she joined Camper & Nicholsons as a Creative Designer within the Marketing team. Since joining, she has played a key role in strengthening the company's brand presence through the development and delivery of marketing collateral, corporate communications, event branding, presentations, digital assets, and print production. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, she helps translate strategic objectives into impactful creative solutions, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across every brand touchpoint.
