Bio
Oana is a technology leader with a deep passion for the sea and sailing yachts. Fluent in Italian, English, French, and Romanian, she combines technical expertise with a global outlook. Outside of work, Oana enjoys cultural travel and adventure, with a particular interest in Africa, where she actively supports charitable initiatives focused on education.
Background
Originally from Bucharest, Oana began her career in IT before moving to the French Riviera in 2006. Her early roles included contributing to Monaco’s offshore urban extension program and managing IT systems for a major international accounting firm. Her strong technical foundation and multilingual skills have been key assets throughout her career.
Experience
Oana joined Camper & Nicholsons in 2012 to oversee the company’s worldwide IT infrastructure. In her current role as Director of Information Technology, she leverages her extensive experience to ensure robust systems and innovative solutions across the organization. Beyond her professional achievements, Oana founded a Monegasque NGO in 2009 that provides children in Africa and Europe with access to education through computer technology.
