Emma Leoni is an enthusiastic and highly motivated professional with a background in luxury sales, management, and marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the International University of Monaco, where she specialized in the luxury sector. Her global perspective was further enhanced by a semester in London, deepening her passion for the industry.
Emma’s journey into the yachting world began in 2024 with a five-month internship as a Charter Assistant, where she quickly developed a keen interest in the sector’s fast-paced, international environment. Attending the Monaco Yacht Show in 2024 was a defining moment, solidifying her passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
With strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset, Emma thrives in team environments and enjoys building lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues. She is fluent in French and English and has a working proficiency in Italian, allowing her to connect effortlessly with a diverse clientele.
Outside of work, Emma is passionate about fitness, running, and traveling. She loves exploring new destinations, particularly the Caribbean and Nordic countries—both of which she dreams of experiencing by yacht.
