"Zexplorer" is a custom-built "go anywhere" explorer yacht with many "green" attributes. Her construction features an ice-strengthened high-tensile steel hull with an aluminum superstructure, designed by Sparkman & Stephens and built to ABS, Ice Class compliant, Maltese Cross A-1 Commercial, and MCA LY3 standards. Accommodating up to 12 owners/guests in five staterooms, plus a captain's cabin on the main deck and three crew cabins on the lower deck for seven, "Zexplorer" also includes a fully equipped gym aft of the bridge. Powered by twin CAT C32 Acert main engines and equipped with Quantum Zero Speed stabilizers, she handles long cruising passages with ease, ensuring comfort and safety. The stonework in guest bathrooms is sourced from remnants of the owner's previous projects, while her eco-conscious decks, crafted from Esthec (a teak alternative), provide better insulation. Even her engines can run on 15% biodiesel, ensuring a reduced environmental impact.
