About Sarah Futhazar

From a British mother and French father, Sarah grew up in Reunion Island. After obtaining her master’s degree in communications in Lyon, France, she worked for a couple of years in events and trade shows before falling in love with yachting.

Sarah has been working in the industry for ten years now and enjoys every aspect of it. She could be best described as a solution finder and multi-tasker. Indeed, she has a true 360-degree view of the industry. She has worked herself as a crew member, including stewardess, deckhand, and cook, before moving up to becoming the personal assistant to very high-profile yacht owners. She then became the marketing manager at Master Yachts in Palma and Antibes. After this experience, she managed a team of up to 11 agents at BWA France, specialising herself in yacht operations, crew and concierge services.

Sarah joined Camper & Nicholsons in October 2021 and is heading the commercial support and retail charter department, which includes the retail charter, market intelligence, CRM and the commercial assistant team.
