With over a decade in the yachting industry, she brings commercial acuity and a solutions-driven approach, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service for clients worldwide.
Background
Born to a British mother and French father, Sarah grew up on Reunion Island and earned a master’s degree in Communications in Lyon, France. She began her career in events and trade shows before discovering her passion for yachting. Her early roles as crew, including stewardess, deckhand, and cook, gave her invaluable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of life at sea.
Experience
Over the past 12 years, Sarah has held increasingly senior positions in the yachting industry, including PA to high-profile yacht owners and Director of BWA Yachting France. Since joining Camper & Nicholsons in October 2021, she has spearheaded the Charter division, collaborating with legal, compliance, sales, and marketing teams to streamline processes, implement innovative tools, and adapt strategies to meet evolving market demands and regulations.
