About KOHUBA

Delivered in 2016 by the renowned Princess Yachts, Kohuba is an exceptional 30-metre raised pilothouse motor yacht, built semi-custom to meet the highest standards of luxury and performance. Knowing just one meticulous owner since new, she represents the finest in her class, blending spaciousness, elegance, and cutting-edge technology.

Kohuba is in possession of many features often found in larger yachts, including expansive glazing, an optional balcony, a lifting swim platform, an impressive tender store and engine room, and crew accommodation set forward.

Commercially compliant and with her VAT paid, Kohuba offers dual possibilities for private enjoyment or charter exploitation, making her a versatile and highly desirable yacht for those seeking comfort and opportunity in a single vessel. Kohuba is the best Princess 30M on the market today, offering an unparalleled combination of luxury, space, and versatility while remaining within the 100ft segment.

Princess Design Studio penned a smart interior, combining classic and modern design elements, customised fabrics, luxurious materials, and light-coloured accents that create a bright and elegant atmosphere.

On her main deck, a modern and homey main salon features ample sofa seating and floor-to-ceiling widows, creating an uninterrupted connection between the vessel and the ocean. The living area flows through to the dining area, which seats eight guests. The main deck is also home to a large master suite. On her lower deck, the four guest cabins and crew quarters are situated. Kohuba’s bridge deck features an inviting raised helm station with guest observation seating.

Kohuba was built in a modular format, with an entirely modular lower deck. The crew cabin and each guest cabin on the lower deck are built in separate modules and fitted on anti-vibration polymer foam, minimising sound disturbances and mirroring build methods utilised in much larger yachts.

She boasts meticulous attention to detail in her design throughout, complete with a feature wall in the lower deck foyer, decorated with bespoke Venetian plasterwork crafted by artisans in London. With a versatile layout and soft, contemporary styling and upgraded materials throughout, Kohuba's interior delivers a sense of timeless luxury.

Like her sisterships, Kohuba has refined, dynamic lines, accentuated by her dark blue hull. Her hull lines were developed using Olesinski’s state-of-the-art Hull & Hydro software, optimised using the latest in computational fluid dynamic techniques and a series of towing tank tests.

She boasts expansive exterior features for her size: the sundeck is a standout feature, partially covered by a sleek hardtop, and includes a raised helm station directly connected to the sundeck.

This spacious area offers ample room for sunbathing and socialising, with the addition of a beach club and outdoor bar providing the ideal space for alfresco dining or evening cocktails. On the starboard side of the main deck, a side balcony extends the connection to the ocean, further enhancing the outdoor experience.

One unique highlight is the Harley Davidson stored in a custom-controlled atmosphere box at the rear, showcasing the Owner's passion and adding a personal touch to the yacht’s character.

Kohuba comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five beautifully appointed cabins. The full-beam Owner's cabin, located on the main deck, offers complete privacy and includes an Owner's study for those seeking a quiet workspace. The space is enhanced by expansive windows and an enormous skylight which can be covered by electric blinds. Her raised deck ensures upmost privacy from passers-by on the foredeck.

Below deck, four additional equally-sized guest cabins — two VIPs and two twin cabins — provide versatile and spacious living quarters, each with a desk area and well-proportioned en suites with large windows. Her cleverly-designed twin cabins can be converted into doubles with the inboard bed sliding outboard, electrically operated by the touch of a button. This versatility adds to her appeal. Designed with both luxury and flexibility in mind, Kohuba's accommodation ensures all guests enjoy the utmost comfort.

Equipped with top-of-the-line technology and features, Kohuba is powered by the reliable MTU 2000 series engines, which offer a maximum speed of 25 to 27 knots. At-anchor stabilisers further enhance comfort while moored, and the yacht's best-in-class volume provides ample space for leisure.

For those seeking adventure, Kohuba includes a Tender Williams 445 DJ and a Sea-Doo GTX Limited, both conveniently stored in the yacht's garage and platform. Her large sundeck, beach club, and outdoor bar ensure guests can fully enjoy the yachting lifestyle in both style and comfort.
