About DRAGON

Dragon offers the renowned performance of a Palmer Johnson and the award-winning design of Italian, Nuvolari Lenard. Dragon, both elegant yet fierce, sets a new level of luxury and style. Aggressive lines and a stealthy looking hull give this fine vessel a muscular presence in the water. Visually striking, the 41.1m motor yacht Dragon is the second yacht in the 135 Sport Yacht Series and was launched in 2007. The semi-custom yacht exhibits contemporary styling with a radiant colour scheme of red running throughout, finished in exotic materials such as Black African Wenge wood, white onyx and marble.

Dragon's interior has been designed in geometric patterns, with form following function, to emphasise open spaces and create a natural flow from one area to the next. On the main deck, Dragon's generously sized main salon is furnished with sophisticated oversized sofas and a beautiful large wooden dining table that seats 10 guests.

Stepping outside onto the partially covered aft deck, guests are greeted with an al fresco dining area, bar and further seating. Dragon's teak decking extends the whole circumference of the yacht, and walking forward to the bow, a removable bimini top reveals a sumptuous bathing area surrounding an inviting eight-person Jacuzzi.  A cover for the Jacuzzi turns it into a table, offering a wonderful space for enjoying cocktails at sundown. Cleverly disguised behind these sun pads is storage space for one of Dragon's tenders.

Incorporating leather headboards, leather tabletops, leather wall coverings and marble baths, accommodation for 10 guests is in the form of five suites on the lower deck. Amidships is a full-beam master suite complete with private lounge, study and his and hers en suite bathroom. Further forward are two VIP staterooms and two twin cabins, all en suite. Down a separate crew passageway towards the bow, are the crew quarters and crew accommodation for seven.

Motor yacht Dragon's shallow draft of 1.8m means that she is capable of berthing in smaller marinas than other yachts of her size. Her additional beam width allowing for a larger sundeck provides plenty of space for entertaining and lounging. Once again, her open-plan sun deck boasts outside seating, a bar and a barbeque.

Offering her guests endless hours of fun, Dragon's swim platform is complemented by her water toys. Stored in her large hydraulic tender garage aft, Dragon's collection includes a WaveRunner, jetski, kayaks, water skis, wakeboards, snorkelling equipment and a selection of towable toys.

Dragon's twin MTU 3650hp engines and twin screw propellers power her to reach top speeds of 33 knots and with a cruising speed of 27 knots, she has an economical range of 3000 nautical miles.

Having undergone a refit in 2016, Dragon is in immaculate condition boasting low engine hours.
