About ASTERIA
Asteria is a classic explorer vessel beautifully reimagined into a first-class charter boat. Asteria’s distinct exterior profile sets her apart from yachts of a similar size and this motor yacht offers a more understated declaration of style.
First launched in 1970, Asteria’s rebuild was completed in 2002 with the 49m vessel having been completely repurposed and converted from her original life as a salvage tug. Refit again in 2019, which this time included an overhaul of her interiors, Asteria now looks better than ever.
Asteria’s interior finishes include wood panelling and floorboards, marble bathrooms and upholstery in a marine navy blue.
The accommodation is for up to 12 guests in six suites, with the arrangement comprising a master stateroom and five en suite guest cabins. The configuration is versatile, with twin or double berths an option.
Asteria has an inviting lounge on her aft deck and there’s also space here to dine. On the sundeck, a Jacuzzi takes centre stage and there’s plenty of space for sun loungers.
Whilst on charter, guests can make full use of Asteria’s extensive selection of water toys. There’s something for guests both young and old with kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and sailing dinghies at their disposal, as well as four tenders for shoreside excursions.
Asteria is a true explorer yacht and has successfully, and very comfortably, navigated to both the North and South Pole, as well as venturing through the Northwest Passage. If further evidence of her go-anywhere capabilities was required, she can also boast a circumnavigation.
