MAREA is a Sanlorenzo SL 102A from the shipyard’s asymmetric line. Developed by Zuccon International Project, the concept was a radical step forward in yacht design, increasing interior space while preserving crew circulation and operational efficiency. Commissioned by an experienced yachtsman, MAREA was designed with a host of custom options that lift her specification above the standard build. Offered for sale in excellent condition, with low engine hours and VAT paid, she represents an opportunity to acquire one of the most forwardthinking yachts in her class.

The sundeck is the centrepiece of outdoor life on board, with a full bar, dining table, social seating sofa arrangement and sun loungers aft. A retractable hard-top opens to the sky or closes for shade, and an additional awning can extend to cover the aft section. A foredeck terrace, accessible from the sundeck or directly from the master suite, serves as a private lounge with seating / table arrangement, an extra-large sun pad, and another optional awning forward. At the stern, a hydraulic swim platform lowers to the water, while the transom opens to reveal a tender garage and storage for water toys.

Nowhere is the benefit of the asymmetrical design more evident than in the main salon, where the beam is carried across to port. Full-height windows maximise natural light inside, while a fold-down balcony to starboard opens the room directly to the sea. The space combines a lounge and dining area. Throughout MAREA, the interior décor is modern and understated, with brushed oak panelling, natural tones.

MAREA accommodates ten guests in five cabins. Chief among them is a main deck master suite that includes a large portside window that can open, walk-in wardrobe, en suite and direct access to the foredeck terrace. The lower deck offers two VIP doubles, one additional double and one twin, each with en suite. Santushi carpets are fitted in the guest cabins, and bathrooms are finished in Silk Georgette marble.

MAREA is powered by twin MTU engines delivering a top speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots. At-anchor fin stabilisers ensure maximum comfort when stationary. With low engine hours and VAT paid, she is ready for immediate cruising.
