Vania Marafico is a highly experienced charter advisor and fleet manager with over 20 years in the yachting industry. Known for her dynamic and reliable approach, she is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
Background
Vania began her journey after graduating from the Commercial Institute for Tourism in Italy, earning a BTS with a specialization as a Tour Operator. Her love for the sea was ignited during a holiday in Antigua in 1989, where she accepted a temporary role as a cook/stewardess on a private sailing yacht. This experience led to three years of cruising in the Caribbean and Mediterranean before settling ashore in Antigua until 1998.

Since moving ashore, Vania has built an impressive career working for prestigious yacht companies in France, including International Yacht Charter, Peter GF Insull Yacht Marketing, Primo Yacht Charter, and Como Yachting. Fluent in Italian, English, and French, she excels in client relations and team collaboration. Her expertise spans charter advising, fleet management, and delivering personalized service with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
