About Tina Montzka
Tina's passion for exploring the world began at an early age - growing up in Japan, schooling in Germany and studying in the South of France. Having initially trained as a hotel manager in Germany, Tina changed career to join the yachting industry in 1985 when she relocated to the South of France. Tina worked for 10 years as a stewardess on various sized motor and sailing yachts, cruising the Western and Eastern Mediterranean, as well as the Caribbean, before joining Camper & Nicholsons as charter broker. Tina has now been with Camper & Nicholsons since 1998, and since then, she has organized numerous amazing charter holidays for her clients aboard some of the most luxurious yachts in the world.
Tina's personal yachting experience, her careful organizational skills together with her intimate knowledge of most cruising areas make this job not only a dream career but also an ongoing voyage. With a large portfolio of repeat clients, Tina's charter experience is second to none. Tina is a member of the MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association) and in her spare time she enjoys travelling, yoga and skiing, and most of all, she adores dedicating her time to her beautiful daughter.
