With more than 10 years of experience in the yachting sector, Silvia has developed solid expertise in supporting high-end yacht operations. She previously worked with Versilia Provisions, part of Versilia Supply Service, where she was involved in the interior, food, and beverage departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of onboard needs and service standards. Prior to this, she was a bar owner, further strengthening her entrepreneurial mindset and client-focused approach. Fluent in Italian and English, Silvia operates confidently in multicultural environments.
