About PLAN A
Plan A is a 39.65m Mangusta 130, built by Overmarine in Italy. Plan A is a semi-custom motor yacht that was commissioned by experienced owners.
Launched in 2007, Plan A is the fifth hull in this highly successful series and the yacht sports a sleek exterior line with a timeless style.
Plan A has been treasured by previous owners and is presented in exceptional condition. The yacht has low engine hours and a history of only light private use.
One of the few 130s with five cabins, the luxury motor yacht can sleep 12 guests and includes a full-beam master suite and VIP stateroom. There is separate accommodation for a crew of six.
Much of Plan A’s layout is dedicated to exterior spaces and alfresco living comes to the fore. Along with a large sunbed on the stern, Plan A has a built-in seating area that provides welcome privacy when in port. There is another enormous sun pad on the bow and, within, a comfortable saloon lounge and dining area.
Her decks are tailor-made for entertaining, and thought has also been given to creating an environment that is safe for multi-generational groups: the aft-deck lounge includes a Jacuzzi, and one of her cabins has been configured with a double bunk bed, an ideal arrangement for children. This is a yacht where versatility has been carefully considered.
Plan A’s rich interiors mix polished high-gloss Wenge wood with sumptuous fabrics and other premium materials, and the design is the work of British design house Earlcrown together with Mangusta.
A tender garage is located aft and houses a 16’ Castoldi tender. Two dedicated storage compartments exist on either side and can each accommodate a Yamaha Jet Ski. A swim platform allows direct access to both the water and tender garage.
Plan A has been maintained to the highest standards since her launch and recent upgrades include new teak throughout the vessel and all mechanical maintenance is up to date.
