Paolo built his career in the luxury fashion sector, holding senior executive roles at globally renowned brands such as Armani, Valentino, Calvin Klein, and Ferragamo. His experience in shaping premium customer experiences and brand strategies laid the foundation for his transition into the luxury yachting industry.
Experience
In 2008, Paolo joined Azimut Benetti Group, one of the world’s leading superyacht builders, where he launched the Yachtique division and was later appointed CEO of Azimut Yachts in 2010. Since 2015, he has led Camper & Nicholsons with a clear vision: to position the company as the global luxury provider for all yachting services while driving digital innovation and maintaining a client-first philosophy supported by a team of highly skilled professionals.
