Lisa is a manager strategic planning with nearly two decades of experience in yacht accounting and strategic business operations. Fluent in English and French, she combines deep industry knowledge with strong analytical skills. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys outdoor sports with her family, including skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
Background
Lisa began her career with a UK engineering firm before joining Camper & Nicholsons in 2006. Initially based in Antibes as a yacht accountant, she managed a diverse fleet and later completed formal accountancy training, earning her ACCA CAT accreditation. Her passion for precision and innovation has guided her career progression within the company.
Experience
From 2014 to 2024, Lisa led the yacht accounting team, playing a pivotal role in developing the in-house Yacht Accounting and Reporting System (YARS) and implementing crew employment programmes, banking solutions, and debit card initiatives. In late 2024, she transitioned into the strategy team, working alongside the Chief Strategy Officer to evaluate new ventures and optimize business operations. Her expertise continues to shape strategic initiatives for Camper & Nicholsons.
