With a career spanning nearly three decades in the maritime industry, she brings extensive expertise in crew management, vessel operations, and administrative coordination.

Recognised for her dedication, professionalism, and collaborative approach, Denise is committed to providing exceptional support to both crew members and vessel management teams, helping to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations.

Background

A South Florida native, Denise was born and raised in Miami and developed her career within one of the world's most active maritime and yachting hubs. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Miami Dade College, providing a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and organisational management.

Her extensive experience across technical, operational, and crewing departments has given her a well-rounded understanding of vessel management and the unique requirements of the maritime industry.

Experience

Denise began her maritime career in 1996 with Ravenscroft Ship Management, initially supporting the crew department before transitioning to the technical department. Her strong work ethic and leadership abilities led to a supervisory role, where she was responsible for training and mentoring new team members.

In 2006, she joined V.Ships USA and progressed to the position of Executive Fleet Assistant. During her tenure, she also gained valuable experience as a Technical Controller, supporting vessel operations and working closely with technical and management teams across a diverse fleet.

In 2017, Denise joined Fraser Yachts as a Crew Coordinator, where her expertise in crew administration and personnel management quickly earned her a promotion to Crew Coordinator Supervisor. In this role, she led the crewing team, overseeing recruitment, administration, and day-to-day support for yacht crew worldwide.

Today, Denise brings this wealth of experience to Camper & Nicholsons, where she continues to support crew and vessel operations with the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail that have defined her career.
