Lester Lam is a distinguished business leader and passionate yachtsman with over two decades of experience in the luxury and entertainment sectors. As Chairman of Camper & Nicholsons Asia and a member of the company’s Board of Directors, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s growth and leadership in the Asian yachting market.
Background
Mr. Lam graduated from the Executive MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. His career spans multiple industries, including luxury real estate, hospitality, retail, and entertainment, through his leadership positions within the Lai Sun Group—a Hong Kong-based conglomerate listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Experience
Appointed to the Camper & Nicholsons Board of Directors in October 2016 and Chairman of Camper & Nicholsons Asia in May 2017, Mr. Lam brings strategic vision and an extensive network to the company. He currently serves as CEO of Lai Fung Holdings Limited and as Executive Director of Lai Sun Development Company Limited, eSun Holdings Limited, and Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited. His passion for yachting, developed over the past 20 years, complements his business acumen, and he actively leverages his cultural insight and regional expertise to position Camper & Nicholsons Asia as a market leader.
