Camper & Nicholsons to oversee construction of the first Antonini Navi XPD95

Antonini Navi has announced the sale of the first XPD95, with Camper & Nicholsons chosen to oversee her construction. The 30-metre expedition-style motor yacht will begin her build in autumn 2026, with delivery planned for summer 2028.

Daniela Duck, who has worked with Antonini Navi for many years, will act as Owner's Representative and keep the yard and owner in contact through the build.

The XPD95 began life as an expedition-style design. The owner liked its profile and concept from the start and asked the yard to keep that identity while shaping the yacht around how he wants to use her. Over several months of meetings with the shipyard team, the layout and functions were worked out together with the client.
Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure are straight from the expedition playbook, but the XPD95 has been tuned for the Mediterranean rather than the high latitudes. Sculli & Covini drew the exterior from professional offshore vessels. Sculli & Covini took their cues from offshore workboats for the exterior: a tall, protective bow gives way to lighter volumes aft, ending in a broad platform at the waterline. The helm is modelled on the wheelhouse of an ocean-going tug.

Hot Lab has designed the interior in a warm, understated style, with eucalyptus as the main wood alongside lacquer, leather, fabrics, metal and natural stone, and a clear line of sight between inside and out.
To stay within 199 GT, the yacht keeps a low, horizontal profile and spreads her functions out rather than stacking them over several decks. The stern handles technical work and social space, the owner has a full private deck, the main outdoor areas are easy to reach, and the crew have their own routes for living and working.

Measuring around 35 square metres, it holds a five-metre tender underway while leaving room for guests, then becomes a private terrace over the sea once the tender is launched.

Covering about 60 square metres, with 25 inside and a 35-square-metre terrace, it is designed as a private apartment reached from inside the yacht or by a protected staircase on the port side.

Without a sun deck, which was a deliberate choice to keep her profile low and sleek, guests have a 44-square-metre cockpit on the Main Deck and a 33-square-metre foredeck lounge on the Upper Deck.

Around 23 square metres of quarters sit on the Lower Deck amidships, away from the engine room, with two three-berth cabins and a third cabin forward on the Main Deck that can house an extra crew member or serve as storage.
