Yasmine Naitijja is a Charter Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences within the luxury yachting industry. With a strong international background and a natural affinity for travel and cultural exchange, she specializes in curating tailored charters that reflect each client’s unique expectations.

Background

Raised in a multicultural family with Finnish and Moroccan roots, Yasmine developed a deep appreciation for global cultures and languages early on. She has lived in seven countries, including Germany, Finland, the UK, UAE, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Languages Applied to Translation and Economics, as well as a Master’s in Translation in International Relations from Brussels. Her academic and personal journey fostered strong linguistic skills, analytical thinking, and cross-cultural understanding.

Experience

Yasmine’s versatile career spans education, NGOs, and oil & gas, before she embraced a global adventure as a flight attendant for Emirates Airlines, refining her expertise in hospitality, crisis management, and customer service. In 2015, she transitioned into the yachting industry in Monaco, where she combines her organizational skills, cultural fluency, and discretion to deliver exceptional charter experiences. Guided by her motto — “Life is short, and the world is big” — Yasmine continues to bring curiosity, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset to every client interaction.
