Marlene is a Senior Charter Broker at Camper & Nicholsons, bringing over two decades of expertise and a multicultural perspective to luxury yacht charters. Her passion for the sea and dedication to client satisfaction make her a trusted advisor for unforgettable experiences.
Background
Born and raised in Germany with Spanish roots, Marlene combines a rich cultural heritage with international experience. After completing her studies in Germany and spending several years in London, she relocated to Mallorca in 2000 to pursue her passion for yachting. Fluent in German, Spanish, English, and French, with conversational skills in Catalan and Italian, Marlene offers a truly global approach to client service.
Experience
Marlene began her yachting career in Mallorca and held key positions with leading brokerage houses before joining Camper & Nicholsons in 2007 as Brokerage Coordinator. Her deep industry knowledge and enthusiasm for travel led her to her current role as Senior Charter Broker and MYBA member. Today, Marlene leverages her expertise to craft bespoke charter experiences across the world’s most iconic and remote destinations.
