Dubai Yacht Charter

Luxury Yacht Charter Destination

Dubai is famed for its show stopping opulence and glamour, its cutting-edge architecture, and spectacular skylines. More is more in this futuristic metropolis where bigger is always better and if it glitters, it’s probably gold.

Nestled in the Persian Gulf, Dubai is the southernmost city above the Strait of Hormuz. This cosmopolitan destination is a melting pot of over 200 different nationalities and it’s no surprise that an ever-increasing number of expats are choosing to make Dubai their home thanks to its tax-free living, world class restaurants, vibrant nightlife and favourable climate.

However, when you step off your yacht you will discover that there is more to Dubai than shopping and skyscrapers. Beyond the sparkling facade, you’ll find an even richer heritage blending Bedouin, Arab and Islamic traditions with craft markets and traditional souks. There is a burgeoning contemporary art scene and even a ship-shaped opera house.

With 49 miles of natural coastline, it is no wonder that Dubai is such a popular choice for luxury superyachts with new harbours and marinas springing up to meet increasing demand.

Dubai is now home to 15 vibrant marinas with more than 3,000 docking spots, many of which can comfortably accommodate the superyacht fleet. Dubai Harbour is an exceptional seafront district offering a plethora of upscale abodes, retail units, and hospitality experiences alongside state-of-the-art mooring facilities. It features close to 700 berths that can welcome yachts up to 160m in length. Pier 7 is one of the marina’s most desirable dining spots with seven different eateries all offering sweeping views of the city.

Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club is another of the city’s popular destinations for the luxury traveller or charterer, with its array of refined beach clubs, restaurants, sporting and leisure activities.

Dubai’s appeal as a global superyacht hub is reinforced by a climate of year-round sunshine. The city experiences two main seasons: a hot humid summer from April to October and a milder, cooler winter from November to March. Winter is the most popular season to charter a yacht here, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius. You can expect clear skies, a gentle breeze and calm seas, creating ideal conditions for sailing.

Thrill seekers can take to the water on any number of superyacht toys and get up close to some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks such as the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa - the world’s tallest building. Also worth a visit are the infamous man-made Palm Islands, made up of Palm Jumeirah, Deira Island and Palma Jebel Ali.

Located around 70km away from Dubai beach, Moon Island allows you to appreciate the beauty of Dubai from a different perspective. Offering a unique blend of cerulean waters and the rippling sand dunes of the desert, Moon Island is named after its unique crescent moon shape and is a hidden gem that should be on any itinerary. This is the perfect place to snorkel and meet the incredible marine life of the Arabian Gulf.

Whether you’re looking for history and culture, luxurious living or simply soaking up the sun with a spectacular view, Dubai offers it all.
