Summary
Looking for an experienced and energetic captain for this busy private MY. 1 main owner plus 2 other families who also use the yacht. Med and Caribbean itinerary Just undergone major works in the US Captain must be calm under pressure and a good manager of his team, able to keep them motivated and ensure a happy no drama environment on board. Permanent position essentially but good leave on offer for the right candidate.
Good previous experience on similar size. Good longevity, we are looking for someone who can commit for a few years.
