Summary
Seeking an Experienced Chief Steward/Stewardess. We are seeking a positive individual with a can-do attitude. Someone who can lead by example and is eager to work toward achieving excellence as part of a team environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional service to the owner and guests. A humble and non-egotistical attitude is essential for joining our onboard and shore teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Stew on a 50m+ vessel.
- Demonstrated longevity of at least 2 years on the previous yacht.
- A humble and team-oriented attitude, fitting seamlessly into our professional crew.
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
- Candidate must have B1/B2 visa + schengen/EU passport.
Only candidates fulfilling the outlined experience requirements will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventories, stock levels, and expenses with precision.
- Effectively lead and organize a team of 3-4 stewardesses, including rota management.
- Excel in both housekeeping and guest service, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
