Salary: 4k depending on experience.

As Bosun on board, you will be responsible for confidently leading and managing the deck crew while ensuring that daily deck operations and maintenance run seamlessly. You will also be expected to support across other departments when required, contributing to the overall efficiency and harmony of the yacht.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Bosun or in a senior deckhand role on yachts of similar size, with strong leadership and communication skills. You should be a proactive team player who prioritizes guest experience and demonstrates competence in all deck duties expected at this level.
