  Looking for a sole chef 
  
  Salary: €7,000 per month

  Leave: 60 days per year

  Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements

  Strictly non-smoking, including vaping

  1 year contract (initially) 

  Tips shared equally between crew
  
  Required: 

  • Proven experience on busy charter yachts with international guests
  • Experience working with preference sheets, menu planning and provisioning
  • Good crew food standards
  • Baking skills

  At least 4 seasons of GUEST ON experience - actual busy boat - not just shipyard!

  • Housekeeping specialist - someone who genuinely loves housekeeping and has a flair for the finesse - someone who wants to eventually be a head of house
  • Someone suited to a fast paced environment who can multitask and get things done and thrives in this busy environment 
  • Experience hosting parties for many guests
  • Experience in uniform management
  • Experience in wardrobe management
  • Packing/unpacking experience 
  • Provisioning experience 
  • Someone able to train the more junior girls
  • Someone who is upbeat, hardworking, no drama - a happy person who wants to be part of an amazing team!
  • Candidate must be able to step up to cover the lead housekeeper when she is away
