Day one

Embark in Nice and head straight to nearby Villefranche to drop the anchor in the most amazing and well protected bay, perfect for a swim or enjoying a yacht's water toys in crystal clear waters. The charming old town of Villefranche cascades down the hillside to the sea, and the sandy kilometre-long beach offers great recreation. We suggest taking lunch or dinner at the renowned restaurant, La Mer Germaine, before the night's crossing to Portofino.

Portofino

Day 2

Portofino is a picturesque, half-moon shaped seaside village with pastel houses lining the shore of the harbour, which plays host to an assortment of tranquil restaurants, cafes and bars. The 'Piazzetta' is a famous meeting point for the international jetset, and is the symbol of Portofino. Other attractions include the Brown Castle (Castello Brown), a fortress in the middle of a hanging garden, characterized by partitions with beautiful bas reliefs and architectonic embellishments in marble and slate. And there's also the lighthouse, which is accessible from here, and is situated on Punta del Capo - overlooking the bay with imposing authority. For an unforgettable dinner, head for the terrace of the Hotel Splendido.

Portofino and San Fruttoso

Day 3

Cruise with the tender to San Fruttuoso, tucked away in a tiny, pristine bay between Camogli and Portofino, and surrounded by lush vegetation. San Fruttuoso can only be reached by sea or on foot, hiking the nature trails of the National park of Portofino, adding to its exclusivity. The clear and pristine sea is ideal for swimming. This lagoon hides a treasure, the famous Christ of the Abyss: one of the most famous destinations in Italy for scuba diving. It is a huge bronze statue on the seabed, resting 15m deep. The Christ of the Abyss can be seen from the surface, the best view is from beneath the waves. In the afternoon, depart for Monaco.

Monaco

Day 4

Spend the day exploring Monaco on foot. Peruse the shops at Le Metropole Shopping centre or Monte Carlo pavilions, or visit the gorgeous Japanese gardens. Monaco-Ville is still a medieval village at heart and an astonishingly picturesque site. It is made up almost entirely of pedestrian streets and passageways and many houses from the previous century still remain. There, you can visit the Prince's Palace, the Monaco Cathedral built in 1875, the world-renowned Oceanographic Museum and Aquarium, the City Hall, and the Saint Martin gardens. For unforgettable evenings away from the yacht's aft deck, delve into fabulous restaurants, test delicious sundowners in trendy lounge bars, or stroll into one of the many sophisticated nightclubs and casinos.

St Tropez

Day 5

The name 'Saint Tropez' evokes images of sunbathing celebrities, designer boutiques, and luxury yachts. It is hard to believe this glamorous town was once just a humble fishing village.
Enjoy lunch in one of the famous and trendy clubs, such as Nikki Beach or Club 55, on the vast and sandy beach of Pampelonne. Spend a relaxing afternoon on Pampelonne beach or discover one of St Tropez's many vineyards.
This region is famous for its locally produced wines and several vineyards located around gorgeous estates offer property tours and tastings. Enjoy dinner at the sumptuous 5-star Chateau de la Messardière, which has a terrace overlooking the bay of Pampelonne.

Cannes

Day 6

Cannes is one of the most famous cities along the French Riviera, with its internationally acclaimed film festival. The old town of Cannes is known as Le Suquet and sits high above the leafy squares and the old port. The traditional narrow streets wind steeply uphill to the ancient fortification, church and square. The views are spectacular, with the whole town displayed at your feet and framed by the Baie de Cannes and the Massif Esterel mountains. Cannes' exhilarating nightlife, casinos and many high-end restaurants give the town a feeling of exclusivity.

Lerins Islands

Day 7

Sainte Marguerite island is the largest of the Lerins islands and best way to explore is to follow the marked trails that take you on a botanical and historical tour of the site. You will stroll by the Batéguier pond with its numerous species of migratory birds, and to the Point de la Convention to find unique plant species. Continue on to the Fort Royal, the former residence of the Man in the Iron Mask'. The Maritime Museum is another attraction not to be missed; sheltered within a fortified enclosure, it offers visitors an insight into the area's history. Head to peaceful Saint Honorat to visit the island's monastery. For 16 centuries, the monastery has been home to the Cistercian Congregation of the Immaculate Conception. Today, the community is comprised of 25 monks living modestly and peacefully in this unspoilt sun-kissed paradise, an oasis of silence. Return to Cannes in the evening.

An early morning cruise will take you back to Nice for your disembarkation, with wonderful memories in hand.
