DAY 1

Rich in history and tradition, Boston successfully combines big-city style with a small-town atmosphere.
If you're looking for Boston's seafaring heritage, visit the USS Constitution - the oldest commissioned ship in the United States Navy, still commanded and crewed by Navy personnel today.
Spend the day discovering the numerous attractions this city has accumulated over the last four centuries, or take in a baseball game at Fenway Park, the home of the Boston Red Sox, before you embark on your cruise south.

BOSTON TO PLYMOUTH

DAY 2

Regarded as the birthplace of modern America, Plymouth is where the Pilgrim Fathers settled in 1620. With that in mind, make a visit to the Mayflower II - a replica of the ship in which the Pilgrims sailed from Plymouth, UK.
Throughout the 19th century, the town thrived as a centre of rope making, fishing, and shipping, and it continues to be an active port today though the focus is on tourism over industry.

PLYMOUTH TO PROVINCETOWN

DAY 3

Cruise across the bay of Cape Cod to Provincetown. Located at the most northerly point of the Cod, the town is edged with sand dunes, forests, beaches and open sea. Discover the Outer Cape cycling along the scenic biking trails, and be sure to stop off at one of the many waterfront establishments for some of the internationally-acclaimed lobster that's caught locally.

PROVINCETOWN TO NANTUCKET ISLAND

DAY 4

The crescent-shaped island of Nantucket is quintessential New England at its best. Take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean from one of the many beautiful wild beaches that dot the island's coastline.
Historically, Nantucket was the whaling capital of the world and as such, once boasted a bustling international port. The Whaling Museum will capture your imagination for hours with its fascinating memorabilia and there are many signs of Nantucket's ancestral industry to be seen around the town.
In the early evening berth in the Nantucket Boat Basin and visit the galleries and boutiques ashore.

NANTUCKET TO MARTHA'S VINEYARD

DAY 5

A long-time summer destination for New England residents, Martha's Vineyard is famous for its role in Spielberg's 1975 'Jaws', and is known for its miles of pristine beaches and rolling countryside. Cruise to the vibrant fishing village at Menemsha Harbour, where you'll find a harbour adorned with lobster pots, nets, work boats and the bustle of every-day-life.
The cliffs of Gay Head are close by and worth the walk. It is also fun to browse the shops and restaurants ashore, as well as take in the unique and pretty gothic cottages.

MARTHA' S VINEYARD TO NEWPORT

DAY 6 TO 7

Considered by many to be the heart of New England, Newport is a bastion of sailing and attracts superyacht travellers from around the world who visit its lively waterfront, ornate mansions, great restaurants and wonderful coastal scenery. Discover the Newport Mansions, visit the Museum of Yachting, or simply enjoy the scenery with a stroll along Cliff Walk and a visit to some of the old lighthouses.
