Cruise along the scenic coastline of the Costa Brava from Port Vendres to cultural capital Barcelona before crossing over to Menorca to start exploring Spain’s bounty of gorgeous islands.
The beautiful Balearics which include Menorca, Mallorca and Ibiza offer many highlights en route, such as the city of  Palma de Mallorca and hotspot Formentera.

Costa Brava to Barcelona
Day 1 to 3

Embark in the harbour of Port Vendres, the closest French port to Spain.
Here the sea and mountains meet sumptuous natural surroundings.
Spend Day 1 cruising along its secluded bay.
Head to Port Roses in Spain, on Day 2. The Bay of Roses is one of the most attractive cruising areas
of mainland Spain, with scores of beautiful calas and sandy beaches perfect for anchoring and
swimming. Continue south towards Barcelona and stop en route to explore Port Estartit and the
Medes Islands, which are part of a protected marine park.
Further south, discover the gorgeous beaches of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera.
Arrive in Barcelona and visit some of the city' s main attractions, such as the Gaudi -designed church - La Sagrada Familia, the Gothic Quarter or the Montjuic Park with its museums, Olympic Stadium and spectacular views over Barcelona.

Day 4 to 6

Menorca, the 'minor' island, as it was called by Romans, was declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1993 and nearly half of its surface is protected. Visiting Menorca is like taking a step back in time, the island has its own rural personality and its inhabitants never felt the urge to attract mass tourism. Menorca offers an astounding number of interesting archaeological sites dating back to the bronze age. There are many beautiful beaches and secluded bays dotted along its coast length of 216 kilometres. An ideal destination for all those who are looking for true relaxation.

Day 7 to 10

Head to Palma de Mallorca, the largest city and capital of the Balearics with a population of over 400,000 people. Palma is a great place for shopping and has several tourist attractions, of which the Cathedral La Seu is one of the most well-known. Puerto Portals, on Mallorca's Southwest Coast is a chic and elegant marina with a range of exclusive shops and restaurants and some superb sandy beaches nearby.  Nearby Santa Ponsa, a popular beach holiday resort, boasts three internationally acclaimed golf courses. Go cruising past the impressive Tramontana mountain range on Mallorca’s north coast to Soller, a picturesque port in a sheltered round bay. Or if you prefer a Caribbean style perfect beach with turquoise waters, spend a day in Es Trenc on the South coast.

Day 11 to 13

Head to Ibiza Town, the capital and largest city on Ibiza island. The buzzing nightlife is legendary, with world-class restaurants and a great selection of bars amongst the pretty Old Town streets and in the trendy Marina Botafoch. Cruise towards the exclusive Cala Jondal area. Striking turquoise water sparkles beneath the horizon, surrounded by gorgeous pine forests and rich, rocky red cliffs while huge grey pebbles form a long stretch of the beach, with a stretch of golden sand at the south end. This is one of the most stunning locations in Ibiza - it's the meeting point of the trendy jetsetters and the home of the Blue Marlin restaurant.

Day 14

A short boat ride south of Ibiza, Formentera is a tiny island with a gentle and bewitching beauty. The beautiful white sandy beaches and clear turquoise seas of Formentera are the island's main attraction. Depart for the northern tip of Formentera island to the beach of Playa de ses Illetes. A long, thin arc of white sands and shallow, turquoise waters make up the beach, which is peppered with sun loungers. Anchor off playa Es Pujols, a magnificent beach made up of long stretches of sand separated by low rocky outcrops. There is a southern beach, and a northern beach, the latter being longer and laying in a silver crescent around the bay.
