Malaysia Langkawi

7 days Luxury Yacht Charter Experience

Malaysia, Langkawi to Langkawi

30 km off the coast of northwestern Malaysia, Langkawi is an archipelago made up of 99 islands. The main island of Langkawi is an incredible mélange of photogenic paddy fields and jungle-clad hills surrounded by the bluest of blue seas and soft white sandy beaches. The Langkawi International airport can be found southwest of the island, with regular flights to Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Doha with more destinations to come in the near future.

Langkawi
Day 1

On arrival in Langkawi, you will be whisked away to Rebak Island and her Marina to jump aboard your yacht. The Marina itself is nestled in a charming inlet from which you will depart from and cruise towards the island of Pulau Beras Basah, located directly south of Rebak Island.

On approach to Pulau Beras Basah you will be welcomed by the stunning contrast of the clear water beaches against the lush grush mountain backdrop. This island is home to many white beaches and coves, lined with palm trees swaying in the blissful sea breeze. The serene waters are shallow enough in places, for children to swim, while adults can enjoy their time with the water toys available on board the yacht.

Back on board, as the sun sets on the horizon, you and your family can enjoy your first dinner aboard. Featuring local cuisine, cooked to your liking, complemented by a variety of refreshments as per your request. Eat and drink away as you tell each stories of the day’s adventures.

Pulau Dayang Bunting
Day 2

Breakfast awaits, as you make your way east towards Langkawi’s second largest uninhabited island, the island of Pulau Dayang Bunting – which translates as ‘Isle of the Pregnant Maiden’.

Indeed, as you approach the island, its silhouette resembles that of a reclining pregnant lady. Locals believe barren women will become fertile after swimming in the freshwater lake on the island. Enjoy a delectable picnic at the edge of the lake, while your children race each other on the pedal boats.

At this point, guests are usually given a variety of options to fully enjoy this unique island. For the hiking and nature lovers, the tender will take you to land to go trekking through the dense forest of the island. You’ll be welcomed by a variety of wildlife, from hornbills, kingfishers, monitor lizards and even monkeys.

For the adrenaline seekers and adventurers, you can explore the crystal-clear waters, the sandy beaches and the limestone coves aboard jet skis.

A sumptuous dinner awaits aboard the yacht, to end the second day on a lavish high.
