Camper & Nicholsons, as the manager for SY Bayesian, would like to clarify our role in the SY Bayesian incident. Contrary to some reports, we are acting solely as a service provider for the yacht and are not the shipowner of SY Bayesian.

As the yacht service provider, Camper & Nicholsons is not involved in the debunkering or wreck removal operations, this is handled by the salvage company appointed for the incident. However, we are providing maximum support to all parties directly involved in these operations.

Our priority right now is supporting the survivors, working closely with local authorities, and assisting the crew members in ensuring their safe repatriation and return to their families.

Camper & Nicholsons are aware of several differing reports from varying sources on the SY Bayesian incident, some of which misrepresent the facts and the circumstances surrounding the tragedy. We are concerned about the speculative nature of the information that is currently being circulated. Such presumptions not only give a misleading image of the actual circumstances but may also hinder the official investigation.

At Camper & Nicholsons, we are fully committed to enabling a thorough and factual understanding of the incident and contributing to the ongoing investigation efforts. Equally important to us is preserving respect and privacy for the victims, the crew, and the guests of SY Bayesian. These considerations are paramount as we navigate this challenging time.

Camper & Nicholsons fully reserves its rights to defense and any necessary action in both civil and criminal proceedings.

Camper & Nicholsons, manager del superyacht Bayesian, intende chiarire il proprio ruolo nella vicenda dell’affondamento. 

Al contrario di quanto pubblicato da alcuni media, Camper & Nicholsons sta agendo solo come service provider e non come società armatrice dello yacht.

Come service provider, Camper & Nicholsons non è coinvolta nelle operazioni di estrazione del carburante né di recupero del relitto dello yacht: queste operazioni sono gestite dalla società di recupero. In ogni caso, Camper & Nicholsons sta fornendo la massima assistenza a tutti i soggetti coinvolti in queste operazioni.

La priorità della società ora è supportare i superstiti, lavorando in collaborazione con le autorità locali, e fornire assistenza ai membri dell’equipaggio per garantire il ritorno in patria e alle loro famiglie.

Camper & Nicholsons è al corrente dei molti resoconti provenienti da varie fonti sulla vicenda del Bayesian, alcuni dei quali forniscono un’erronea ricostruzione dei fatti e delle circostanze che hanno causato la tragedia. 

La società è preoccupata per la natura speculativa delle informazioni che stanno circolando al momento. Queste presunzioni non solo forniscono una percezione sbagliata delle circostanze reali ma possono anche ostacolare le indagini ufficiali sulla vicenda.

Camper & Nicholsons è totalmente impegnata nel favorire una completa e fattuale comprensione delle cause dell’incidente e a contribuire agli sforzi investigativi attualmente in corso. 

Di uguale importanza per la società è tutelare il rispetto e la privacy delle vittime, dell’equipaggio e degli ospiti del Bayesian. Queste considerazioni sono per la società fondamentali anche in questi momenti difficili.
