Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting

As part of its mission to promote Monaco and facing a growing international competition, the Monaco Capital of Yachting initiative was launched in 2012, under the leadership of the Yacht Club de Monaco.

Raising awareness among local players and followed by concrete actions, this approach has come to be obvious for the attractiveness of the principality and has showed that the yachting industry is not only a vital economic force for Monaco, but is also an appealing tourism factor.

Ten years later, confronting more than ever environmental threats, this initiative has taken a new turn and has become Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting.

The signatories of the commitment charter become the ambassadors of this collective umbrella brand, with their expertise to undertake the followings:

• Strengthen the principality's international appeal
• Encourage and promote innovation to build the yachting of tomorrow
• Inspirit vocations through training 
• Encourage synergies with all local players
• Communicate and export our know-how
