Mangusta Oceano 44 hull N°7 sold by Camper & Nicholsons

Camper & Nicholsons is delighted to confirm the sale of a Mangusta Oceano 44.

The 44m motor yacht will soon commence construction at the Mangusta shipyard in Pisa and is scheduled for delivery in 2026.

“With a very experienced client and well-defined expectations resulting from years of chartering, the Overmarine shipyard and their Mangusta Oceano 44 proved to be the answer to all criteria. It was an excellent team effort involving our sales, new build project management, and corporate service divisions. This collaboration allowed us to provide a smooth process for the future owner, ensuring they can genuinely enjoy the commencement of this remarkable yacht construction journey.” - Mael Fiolet, Yacht Sales Advisor at Camper & Nicholsons.

This tri-deck design has been described as a symphony of space and light, with substantial volume and an innovative sliding door system for the floor-to-ceiling windows. The result is a yacht with a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

Glass is also a key feature of the interior, with glass panes replacing traditional bulwarks.

The main deck features a saloon lounge and dining area. The master suite is also located on the main deck and enjoys direct access to the upper deck as well as a private balcony. The four guest cabins, including two VIP cabins, are situated on the lower deck. 12 guests can be accommodated in total and there are quarters for a crew of nine.

The upper deck is the star of the show, with a semi-transparent pool that shines dappled sunlight through three small glass windows into the master bathroom below.

Numerous custom options have been requested by the client, including advanced sound/vibration insulation, a state-of-the-art entertainment system, and more.

Other highlights of this design include a beach club, streamlined exterior elegance, and exceptional performance with a range of 4,500nm and a top speed of 15 knots.

"Following the sale of hull N°4 concluded by Gaston Lees-Buckley, this team achievement marks the second successful sale of a Mangusta Oceano 44 hull N°7 by Camper & Nicholsons, solidifying our position as the market leader and experts in new build sale and project management. We’re delighted to have assisted our long-standing client with this acquisition." - Benjamin Bensahel, Europe Head of Sales and Brokerage at Camper & Nicholsons.

“During the pre-contract phase our Sales and New Build teams assisted the Owner in refining the yacht’s configuration with features such as an SCR allowing her to cruise any waters. On behalf of the Owner, we are excited to follow every step of the build, with our New Build team closely collaborating with Overmarine to exceed his expectations.” - Daniela Duck, Head of New Build Division at Camper & Nicholsons.

“The Mangusta Oceano 44 is a very successful and popular model, highly appreciated by our clients. Thanks to her spacious exterior decks and an interior that makes you feel like you're in an on-water villa, cruising and discovering pristine natural heavens with the Mangusta Oceano 44 is truly special. It’s a whole new concept for life at sea and it's exactly what this client was looking for. Construction of this Mangusta Oceano 44 represents yet another collaboration with Camper & Nicholsons, enriched by the experience of the C&N New Build Team as the Owner's representative which, together with Overmarine, will make the build process a very enjoyable journey for the Client.” - Francesca Ragnetti, Sales Manager at Overmarine Group.
