Admiral

Admiral is a global leader in the construction of yachts and ships up to and over 100 metres in length. 

The Italian yard has delivered over 140 yachts since the first ‘Admiral’, an 18-metre-long vessel made of wood, was launched in 1966. Known at the time for their round sterns and classic lines of the era, these early Admiral yachts were especially popular for cruising the Mediterranean.

Performance and security have always been a priority for the brand and in 1982 the first light alloy Admiral, 23.50-metres in length, was launched. Since that moment, every Admiral yacht has been constricted using steel and aluminum to deliver on its promise of high-speed performances in maximum safety.
 
In 2011, Admiral became part of the Italian Sea Group and today is its flagship brand with a fleet of semi-displacement, and displacement yachts. Although each yacht in its fleet is fully custom-made, they are linked by an elegant profile that is unmistakably Admiral.

Admiral upholds the Made in Italy values that have seen it become synonymous with passion, attention to detail, classic style, fine craftsmanship and a commitment to perfection. From the robust lines of the 2018 explorer yacht M/Y Planet Nine to the sleek style of 2019’s M/Y Life Saga and 2016’s M/Y Ouranos and the sculpted hull of 2020’s M/Y Geco, every Admiral yacht is unique. At any one time, there are a dozen new ships in construction.
