Allison Cecilio was born in Gloucester, Massachusetts and raised in Beverly, Massachusetts, where the ocean first captured her heart.

At the age of 27, Allison relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, marking the beginning of her career in yachting. Embracing the yachting community of Fort Lauderdale, she found herself immersed in a world of luxury and travel that complemented her adventurous spirit.

Over the past 28 years, Allison has gained experience in various roles within yachting, each contributing to her wealth of expertise. From her beginnings as a Stewardess to her tenure as a Charter Manager, she has honed her skills and cultivated invaluable relationships along the way.

A regular attendee of major charter shows in New England, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean, Allison is actively committed to staying on top of the latest developments in the yachting world. As a proud member of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), she upholds the highest standards of excellence, a testament to her unwavering professionalism and integrity. Her involvement in the Charter Professionals Committee underscores her dedication to fostering collaboration and networking among fellow charter professionals.

Throughout her career, Allison has built a strong reputation earning the trust and respect of her peers. Her unwavering commitment to ethical practices and unparalleled customer service has solidified her position within the industry.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Allison enjoys travelling, boating, and spending time outdoors with her French Bulldogs, Esme James and Phoebe Pearl.
