SailGP is one of the world’s most exciting events on water and features national teams battling in short, intense races at iconic stadium-style venues across the globe for sailing’s top prize. The high tech, high-speed action features sailing’s best athletes racing in identical hydro foiling F50 catamarans, flying at speeds approaching 100 km/h.?
SailGP’s upcoming Season 3 has ten events starting in Bermuda this month and culminating a year later in the USA for the grand finale in May 2023. The jewel of the UAE, Dubai will also host a grand prix event, its skyline providing a striking backdrop for the race taking place 12-13 November 2022.
Organised in partnership with P&O Marinas, Dubai Sports Council and Dubai Tourism, SailGP’s revolutionary F50s will be sailing just minutes away from some of Dubai’s globally recognised attractions at the iconic Mina Rashid.
