New for sale: Monte-Cristo
The 102' Asymmetric Sanlorenzo motor yacht Monte-Cristo has entered the market with Camper & Nicholsons, represented by Senior Sales Broker Gaston Lees-Buckley.
Built in 2020, Monte-Cristo is the sixth hull in the acclaimed Sanlorenzo 102’ Asymmetric series. Boasting a high-end build specification with over €1,600,000 spent on optional extras, this yacht presents in immaculate condition and has enormous appeal.
She features both interior and exterior design by H2. Entering her spacious main deck salon through automatic sliding glass doors, there is a day bar and buffet to starboard. The interior dining area to port faces a line of floor-to-ceiling windows, with a large seating area facing an 80” TV cinema screen. To starboard are a set of opening glass doors that lead to the side deck and the fold-out balcony.
The interior décor is characterised by a neutral scheme with complimentary pops of blue tones on off-white and grey fabrics and white-lacquered furniture. This is expertly coupled with brown leathers and bronze details in contrast with the stained oak parquet flooring and white oak ceiling, creating a chic fresh Mediterranean atmosphere, which is found throughout the yacht’s interior and exterior.
Monte-Cristo’s master cabin is located on the main deck forward, featuring a dedicated walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom which benefits from underfloor heating, a steam room in the marble shower and a separate water closet. The full-beam cabin features a large opening lateral window above the work desk, a king-size bed and direct access on deck to the Owner’s private foredeck terrace, which boasts U-shaped seating, an up/ down table to create a sunbed along with another large sunpad area over the bow.
Stairs down to the four very well-appointed and generous guest cabins are in the guest foyer. There are two VIP’s aft, each with ample wardrobe and storage spaces, a vanity desk, and luxurious en suite bathrooms with separate water closets. The starboard forward cabin has been appointed to accommodate up to four bunk beds, also referred to as the children’s cabin. The port forward cabin is convertible from a twin with extra pullman into a further VIP cabin with sliding bed system.
Boarding the yacht on the main deck aft, you will be welcomed by an al fresco dining area which easily converts into a large daybed lounging pad. The entire aft deck is shaded by the overhang of the sundeck above and can be sheltered from the elements on the stern by mesh privacy screens.
The sundeck is home to an expansive custom-made teak-cushioned sunpad, a sofa with a loose chair arrangement and a large round dining table which can seat up to 10 guests, all sheltered by a hard top with an openable sun blade system. There is a large buffet to port with a fridge, an ice maker and a sink. Forward of the sundeck is the helm station. There are opening doors on both sides, giving direct access and walkthrough to yet another large sunbathing area forward of the wheelhouse and walkway down to the foredeck.
The domotics throughout the boat, from television, music, lighting to curtains and blinds etc. are all touch-controlled from individual iPads found in each zone.
Powered by twin MTU 16V2000 M96 engines of 2423HP each, Monte-Cristo reaches top speeds in the region of 27 knots. She is also equipped with at-anchor and underway stabilisers, as well as bow and stern thrusters.
Monte-Cristo carries a large 520 Williams Sportjet tender on the aft bathing platform and the aft garage is entirely dedicated to carrying a multitude of water sports equipment and toys.
