Camper & Nicholsons and Yachts du Coeur

We are pleased to announce that we are working with French charity, Yachts du Coeur (Yachts with Heart) to organise the collection of donations for people in need.

Yachts du Coeur was founded on the French Riviera in 2010 as an EcoMer initiative and to date has collected 21 tonnes of donations for the Food Bank and Red Cross, approximately 43,600 meals and 12m3 of clothes and linen to the benefit of disadvantaged and vulnerable people.

Yachts du Coeur have three main aims at the heart of their work:

• To provide those less fortunate with food, clothing, and bedding

• To avoid the waste of good food and encourage recycling of unwanted clothing

• To prove that the yachting community is one that cares by giving back

We ask you to participate in this initiative by donating any of the following items: Non-perishable food; Textiles including clothes, towels and bedding; Crew uniforms (branded or unbranded)
Please note that financial donations cannot be accepted.

The donations will be collected by the local Red Cross and distributed accordingly to those who need it most.

Crew can take whatever they can spare to our Cannes office in Port Canto on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 1st October and 17th November 2023.
