Fantastic position for someone based in the South of France but also for any chefs looking for a nice yacht with lovely owner and offering a good work life balance despite it being a permanent position.

Great Captain and wonderful owner. Great working conditions. Malta flag, Pension and Large apartment provided for the crew. One for the female crew and another for the male crew.

Light owner usage and cruising locally only.

Owner does enjoy fine dining, well presented fresh Med food, not looking for Michelin standard but must be fine dining level.

Drama free and a good team player. This is not a position for a chef who doesn't want to leave the galley or help out in other areas.

Must be able to provide references which will be checked and have some experience on a similar size..

Despite the position being a permanent one with standard 42 days of leave actual 'off' time is much higher which is why this role would suit locally based candidates or people living a few hours drive from Beaulieu sur Mer.
