About Steven Andereck

Since his childhood, Steven knew he wanted a career in the yachting industry. Growing up in a boating family, he was always on the water. His passion for yachting started at a very young age, which is quickly noticed the moment you speak with him. In laying the groundwork for a successful career, Steven has spent a significant amount of time across the globe building lasting relationships with those in the yachting industry.

While earning a degree in communication and business administration at the University of Tennessee, Steven had the privilege of spending a summer in Vancouver, Washington working at Christensen Shipyards. Through this opportunity, Steven was a part of many aspects of the construction process, giving him the knowledge and respect for the build process of top pedigree yachts.

Upon graduation, Steven was approached to take an ownership position with the company he was working for at the time. Recognising this as an opportunity to further strengthen his business acumen, he chose to follow through. From there, Steven and his team successfully grew the company from six locations to over 40 locations, spanning across two states.

Following his passion, Steven chose to sell the company and relocate to Fort Lauderdale, where he began his brokerage career working at Luke Brown Yachts. This provided Steven with a comprehensive understanding of the brokerage industry as well as learning some of the most ethical practices in a given situation.

Steven believes the yachting lifestyle is an unforgettable way to spend time with those close to you. Whether it is with family or friends, being on the water always provides a memorable experience and he looks forward to advising his clients every step of the way, putting their interest first and approaching each situation with honesty and integrity.
